'Jurassic World LIVE TOUR' in-person open casting calls scheduled

(NOTE: For online video auditions information for the feature film sequel "Jurassic World 3", visit the following - JURASSIC WORLD 3 TALENT SEARCH)

The touring arena spectacular "Jurassic World LIVE TOUR!", which is based on the global blockbuster films of the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World franchises, has scheduled in-person open casting calls seeking male and female action performers, puppeteers (full body and remote operation). Ideal candidates should be fit and athletic performers from a range of heights, ages and ethnicities, possess stage combat and puppetry or character costume experience in addition to training in one or more of the following disciplines: harness flying, parkour, or motorcycle riding (freestyle, trials, motocross, and tricks are a plus). Stunt training and experience with high falls is a plus.

Auditions are for full-time touring contracts. Contract lengths vary, and offer competitive pay, benefits, and domestic and international travel. Please bring to the audition a non-returnable headshot and resume. Demo reels or performance videos of stunts or tricks that are unable to be demonstrated at the audition should be sent to the email address below. All performers will be asked to learn any combination of basic stage combat routine, demonstrate upper body strength and physical movement ability, and be assessed on acting, basic stunt skills and ability to take direction and work with others. Some performers may be asked to demo puppetry skills. All performers must be capable of operating or learning to operate in all three categories: Acting, Action/Movement, and Puppetry. Each track in the show involves all three. There are no single skill track lines or 1 dimensional track lines within the show.

Candidates should be dressed in fitted athletic attire, in order to move freely and safely during a stage combat or parkour routine, as well as allowing casting directors to accurately assess your silhouette. It is requested that no hats or head coverings be worn, that men arrive clean-shaven, and both men and women have their hair securely pulled back away from the face. All candidates must be at least 18 years of age to audition.

Performers with character costume or large puppetry experience are welcome to submit supplemental video of their work to jwlcasting@feldinc.com. They will only be casting US Citizens or those individuals with existing work visas allowing them to legally be employed in the United States. The production will NOT sponsor work visas for international applicants.
